PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to directing the 1st respondent to transfer the complaint of the 6th respondent, pending investigation on the file of the 4th respondent to any other investigating agency or competent Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch and investigate the same in accordance with law by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2021 For Petitioner : Mr.S.Baskar Mathuram for M/s.Mathuram Law Associates For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi No.1 to 5 Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the complaint of the 6th respondent, pending investigation on the file of the 4th respondent to any other investigating agency or competent Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch and investigate the same in accordance with law by 1/3

considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of complaint from the petitioner, the fourth respondent conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 14.02.2022, as such no complaint is pending before the fourth respondent.

3. Now the petitioner has filed petition for transfer of complaint, which cannot be considered before even registering the First Information Report.

4. In the result, the petition is dismissed as devoid of mertis.
