ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to approve the proposal sent by the second respondent dated 05.04.2017 for relocating the TASMAC Shop No.9916 to Door No.137/14 Navalkkampatti Road, Annai Therasa Nagar, Ettayapuram, Thoothukudi District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 17.01.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.Heard Mr.A.Joel Paul Antony, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and Mr.S.Ramakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.
3.According to the petitioner, the second respondent has proposed to shift the TASMAC shop to the above said address and necessary proposals have also been sent to the first respondent on 05.09.2017. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the second respondent has already sent proposals to the first respondent on 05.09.2017 for shifting the TASMAC to the above said address, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
