ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the fourth respondent to conduct enquiry by providing opportunities to the petitioner in his proceedings in Na.Ka.85/2017/(Ne.A.)(Tha.Nah) dated, 30.01.2018 and to direct the respondents to provide adequate compensation to the petitioner.

the petitioner and Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.According to the petitioner, earlier his lands were acquired by the respondents for the purpose of forming national highway. Subsequently, an award enquiry notice has been issued to the petitioner by the fourth respondent, and the petitioner has also appeared in the enquiry, and submitted his objection. Thereafter, no order has been passed. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that already enquiry was conducted and the petitioner was also raised his objection, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the objection and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
