RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.22966/2022 dt.23/12/2022 that the petitioner shall report before the Y.Othakadai Police Station daily at 10.30 AM for the period of one month.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUSI KUMAR C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22966 of 2022, dated 23.12.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No. 22966 of 2022, dated 23.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first Saturday of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2872 of 2023 every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
