ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to comply the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.997 of 2024 dated 15.06.2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvudaimaruthur.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal) appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that as per the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvudaimaruthur in Crl.M.P.No.997 of 2024 dated 15.06.2024, they have registered a case in Crime No.615 of 2024 on 27.12.2024. Therefore, the said order has already been complied with.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to comply the order of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvudaimaruthur passed in Crl.M.P.No.997 of 2024 and the same has already been complied with, no further orders required to be passed in this case. Hence, this criminal original petition is closed. No costs.
