ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this application, praying to direct the respondents to give adequate police protection for the petitioner and his family members for their life and limb by protecting their valuable soul from the culprits.

2. I have heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3.The Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the respondent police would give police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioners.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the Government Advocate (criminal side), the 2nd respondent police is directed to give https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioners and his family members, as and when required, if there are no legal impediments.

5.With the above said direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
