This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused No.6, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.135 of 2013, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, on 15.11.2017, but, so far the case has not been taken on file.
