RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to permit the Petitioner to amend the petition with regard name of the petitioner as Chinnadurai @ Marudhai instead of Chinnadurai @ Mandai in Crl.OP(MD).No.8986/2017 order dated 17.7.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.S.DURAIPANDIAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to amend the name of the petitioner as Chinnadurai @ Marudhai instead of Chinnadurai @ Mandai in the order dated 17.07.2017 in the Criminal Original Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the date of order is 17.07.2017 and the present petition is filed on 30.08.2017. Hence the petition is filed out of time.

4. In view of the same, it is made clear that from the date of filing of this petition, technically, the order passed in the

Criminal original petition was not in force. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed with liberty to file fresh anticipatory bail petition.
