ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.It is seen that the affairs of Thiruthangal Nadar Uravinmurai, Thiruthangal is riven with factional disputes. The respondents 2 and 3 have filed O.S.No.133 of 2023 on the file of District Munsif Court, Sivakasi. They also filed an Interlocutory Application but it was dismissed. Questioning the same, they filed C.M.A.No.5 of 2023 on the file of Sub Court, Sivakasi.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent states that the petitioner has no locus standi to maintain the writ petition as he is an expelled member. This assertion is sought to be rebutted by the 2/4

learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. I do not want to go into those aspects.

4.This writ petition is disposed of by directing the learned Sub Judge, Sivakasi to dispose of C.M.A.No.5 of 2023 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The contentions of both the parties are left open. There shall be no order as to costs.
