This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.341 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, having been taken cognizance for the offences under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
2..It is seen from the records that there is no merit in the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners to quash the criminal proceedings against them.
