[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] The prayer sought in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to appoint the Presiding Officers and Members in all the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forums. The said prayer no longer subsists, since the Government has already made appointments on these posts vide G.O(Ms)No.33, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (H1) Department, dated 18.03.2022.

2. Therefore, this Writ Petition has rendered infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
