ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 18.02.2022, wherein he has sought for correcting the error in the computerised patta No.91, pertaining to Survey No.377/1C1A for total correct Area as 0.16.05 Ares Veandurayapuram Village, Virudhunagar District. 2.Heard Mr.K.Veilmuthu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3.It is the case of the petitioner that he has sent a representation to the second respondent to correct the error in the 1/3
computerised patta No.91 on 18.02.2022. Since the same was not considered till date, the present writ petition has been filed. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to this Court to produce all the documentary evidence in support of the petitioner's request seeking for correction of the errors in the computerised patta No.91 before the second respondent. 5.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and any other rival claimants.
6.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation dated 18.02.2022, seeking for correction of the alleged errors found in the computerised patta No.91 pertaining to the S.No.377/1C1A for total correct Area as 0.16.05 Ares Veandurayapuram Village, Virudhunagar District and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner as well as any other rival claimant, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
