ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner from the fourth respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.371 of 2022 came to be registered against five persons and another complaint in Crime No.48 of 2023.

3. However, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no such representation has been received by the respondents. 2/5

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that through post and also in person the compliant has been made.

5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the third respondent police within a period one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the third respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on its own merits by summoning the private party and ascertaining the ground of the facts. Depending upon the out come of the above said enquiry, further action may be taken. 6.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
