ABIYA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.Kandasamy, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.This Court by order dated 15.12.2016 granted anticipatory bail, directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The copy was received by the petitioner on 23.12.2016 and the present petition is filed on 09.01.2017, hence, there is a delay of filing this petition.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, 10 days time is granted for complying the condition from the date on which the order copy is made ready on condition that the petitioner shall pay Rs.300/- to the District Legal Services Authority, Ramanathapuram. This petition is ordered accordingly.
