ORDER

The petitioner prays for a direction to the 2nd respondent to comply with the order dated 06.12.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, in Crl.M.P.No.5561 of 2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that in compliance with the order passed by the learned Magistrate, a report has already been filed before the learned Magistrate on 25.01.2024.
