ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner's life and properties.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that there is no threat to the life of the petitioner and the dispute arose between the petitioner and one Kathiravan that they are over the parking the vehicle in front of the party office, because of the parking of the vehicle, they are not in a position to function in the above said premises. On that basis, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.454 of 2022 and the same is still pending and summons has been issued to the parties.

3. He would further submit that depending upon the out come of the enquiry further orders may be passed by the respondent Police.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government 2/4

Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the process of investigation within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
