ORDER

The writ petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to survey his patta land. The petitioner had made an application on 03.01.2025 in that regard and he had also issued a reminder on 13.01.2025. Since survey has not been conducted even thereafter, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Considering that the petitioner only seeks disposal of his representation dated 03.01.2025, this Writ Petition is allowed at the stage of admission itself, directing the first respondent to conduct survey on the petitioner's land based on his application dated 03.01.2025 within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
