Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SARAVANAN.M., Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.MP.(MD)No.10983 of 2021 in Crl.O.P (MD)No.17904 of 2021, dated 10.12.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition till today, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Since the petitioners are complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioners, the condition is fully relaxed.
