ORDER
The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking direction against the Respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of investigation based on the complaint given by the third Respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions of the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that totally five CSRs had been registered between the Petitioner and the third Respondent. After due enquiry, the same had been closed, as the matter involves money dispute.
