ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Petitioner is the Accused No.8 and he was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 20.10.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 147, 148 and 302 of IPC., in Crime No.447 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case, investigation is completed and the charge sheet has been filed and not taken on file.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the investigation is completed, charge sheet has been filed and not taken on file, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on

executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
