ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of I.P.C r/w 66D of Information Act in crime No.2 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused have induced the defacto complainant to invest on online trade with the promise of giving huge returns and believing the same, he has deposited a sum of Rs.64,81,846/- in favour of one Angela, who is hailing from Hongkong, for online trading business. Later the accused have cheated him. Hence, the complaint.

No.3144 of 2023 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that this is the second application filed by the petitioner and earlier, the petitioner filed Crl.O.P.(MD) No.22176 of 2022, wherein, this Court dismissed the petition. Therefore, there is no change of circumstance and hence, he opposed for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Taking note of the facts and circumstances, since there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
