This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to remove the petitioner's name in the History Sheet in H.S.No.03 of 2017 maintained by the first respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2023 will be considered in the next meeting.
