[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondent No.4 from installing the new TASMAC shop at North Othukkur Main Road, Yembal Village, Yembal Post, Avudaiyarkovil Taluk, Pudukkottai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2022 and to shift the same to other place.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 3 and 4 (TASMAC) submits that as of now there is no proposal for opening the TASMAC shop as claimed by the petitioner.
