When the matter is taken for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that this is the second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier application for anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1026 of 2023, was dismissed by this Court, dated 24.01.2023, on the ground that the victim was taking treatment as in-patient and the injury sustained by the accused is grevious in nature and there is no change of circumstance as the injured person is still in hospital.
