2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner against the fifth respondent, petition enquiry is pending on the file of the fourth respondent.
3.In view of the above, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct detailed enquiry, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 6 to 8 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
