ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, to complete the trial pending in C.C.No.84 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, within a stipulated time.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the pendency of the Calender Case, without going into the merits of the case this Court deem fit to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, to complete the trial and dispose of the Calender Case within a stipulated time. 4.Accordingly, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the Calender Case in C.C.No.84 of 2012 on its file, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the same is not already disposed of.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
