Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the first respondent vide his proceedings bearing No.Na.Ka.A5/11/2018 dated 06.02.2018 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue in his erstwhile work place i.e., Srivaikundam Taluk Office.

ORDER

The petitioner is working as a Senior Revenue Inspector. By the impugned order, the petitioner has been transferred from Srivaigundam Taluk to Sathankulam Taluk. A mere look at the impugned order of transfer would reveal that as many as 18 persons have been shifted from their respective places. 2.The impugned order is not stigmatic. It has been passed truly on administrative grounds. It is also seen that Sathankulam Taluk is not a very far place. Transfer is an incident of service. of India will not be justified in interfering with the same. There is no merit in this writ petition. It stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
