the petitioner's name in the revenue records as per the settlement register of Chenniyaviduthi Village, No.75, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District for the property in Survey No.28/8 an extent of 0.20 cents, Survey No.28/9 an extent of 0.18 cents, Survey No.28/10 an extent of 0.10 cents, Survey No.28/11 an extent of 0.15 cents, Survey No.28/13 an extent of 0.17 cents, Survey No.28/14 an extent of 0.10 cents, Survey No.28/20 an extent of 0.16 cents by considering his representation dated 30.01.2023 and for other such reliefs within a period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. According to the petitioner, a mistake had taken place during UDR regarding classification of the petition mentioned land. The petitioner wants the same to be corrected.

3. The petitioner is permitted to submit a representation before the District Revenue Officer, Thanjavur. After receipt of the same, the District Revenue Officer shall hold enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of 2/4

a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the fourth respondent to pass order one way or other. Interested parties shall be put on notice.
