ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the respondent to comply the order 1/4

passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur in Crl.M.P.No. 1890 of 2022 dated 08.08.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that even though the order was passed by the learned Magistrate on 08.08.2022, so far no progress was made by the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that it is a matrimonial dispute and on that basis, the complaint has been transferred to All Women Police Station, Mudhukulathur. The date of transfer is not available in the record. He would further submit that in pursuance of the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur, a case has been registered in Crime No.36 of 2023 on 18.02.2023 against seven persons for the offences under Sections 498(A) and 506(2) IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 on the file of All Women Police Station, Mudhukulathur.

4. In the view of the above said registration of the FIR, this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
