Respondent / Complainant Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to amend the accused rank and the name of the satisfaction court in the order passed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)1957 of 2023 vide is order dated 02.02.2023 in which instead of Accused (single) and learned Judicial Magistrate,Tenkasi District Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANAND.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- "This Petition has been filed to amend the accused rank and Court name in the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1957 of 2023, dated 02.02.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the anticipatory bail petition, he had mentioned the accused rank as Single Accused, instead of mentioning as 'Rank not known' and the satisfaction Court as Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi instead of mentioning as 'Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram'. 3.Considering the reason stated by the petitioner, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to amend the order and issue a fresh copy, to the parties concerned and time is also extended further for a period of two weeks, from the date on which https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
