ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the second respondent to implement the first respondent's order Na.Ka.A3/2306/2021, dated 27.12.2021, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the order of the first respondent passed in Na.Ka.A3/2306/2021, dated 27.12.2021, has not been implemented till date. She has given a representation on 28.01.2022 for the said purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, she has filed this writ petition. 3.Heard Mr.K.Malaimaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

4.On instructions, the learned Special Government Pleader, would submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

5.No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation seeking for implementation of the order of the first respondent passed in Na.Ka.A3/2306/2021, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.3544 of 2022 27.12.2021, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2022, seeking implementation of the first respondent's order passed in Na.Ka.A3/2306/2021, dated 27.12.2021, and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
