MUTHUKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.S.Duraipandian, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original Petition and investigation has not been completed.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
