RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time limit granted by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.8960/2016 dated 16.10.2016 to appear before concerned magistrate.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.KARUNANITHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN, GOVT.ADVOCATE(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8960 of 2016, dated 16.6.2016.

2. This Court, by oder dated 166.2016 made in Crl.O.P(MD). No.8960 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioners did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, he have approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the petitioners could not produce the sureties within the time prescribed by this court and hence, he prays from extension of time.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

5. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the time for extension of sureties is extended till 12.07.2016. sd/- 05/07/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
