Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S B.JEYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4591 of 2016, dated 16.03.2016, by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 05.04.2016 and during the period between 05.04.2016 and 30.06.2016, he has not complied with the condition for 15 days.

3.There is no representation for the petitioner. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner has not complied with the condition for 15 days during the period between 05.04.2016 and 30.06.2016,, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner and accordingly this petition is dismissed.
