ORDER

The petitioner was employed in the respondent Transport Corporation. He retired from service on 31.03.2016. His grievance is that the pensionary benefits have not been sanctioned or disbursed till date. Grant of pension is not an act of bounty, it is a right earned by the employee for his past service. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The management is not justified in prolonging the matter. Therefore, the respondents are directed to sanction and

also disburse the pensionary benefits payable to the writ petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the arrears will also be disbursed.

3.The writ petition is allowed. No costs.
