ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 498(A) I.P.C. and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act in Crime No. Not Known of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. Since no regular case has been registered, this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners on 12.02.2015, with a direction to the petitioners to appear before the respondent police for a period of two weeks.

4. Today, the respondent police is present and filed a status report.

5. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioners have complied with the order of this Court and appeared for investigation.

6. In paragraph Nos.5 and 6 of the status report, it stated as follows:

"5. It is humbly submitted that further on enquiry the respondent police came to know that the allegation made by the defacto complainant that the 1st petitioner herein along with one Sikkanthar threatened her is false. There is no threat made by them. The first petitioner herein gave statement that he face the dispute through family court.

6. It is humbly submitted that based on the above said facts the respondent police closed the petition enquiry and dropped further action."
