ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the the respondents to measure and fix four boundaries of the petitioner's land measuring 3 cents in survey No.256/18 of Bodinayakkanpatti village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District. 2.The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property in survey No.256/18 of Bodinayakkanpatti village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 16.08.2016 before the respondents seeking to measure and fix boundaries of the property and has also paid necessary fee. Since no action has been taken so far, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner only seeks to measure her land by fixing boundaries, the first respondent is directed to measure the property in question as per the revenue records, within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the interested parties, if any.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
