RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.8054 of 2016 dated 19.5.2016 in Cr. No.225 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.VENKATESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8054 of 2016, dated 19.05.2016, by this Court.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 08.06.2016. 3.There is no representation for the petitioner. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition only from 08.06.2016, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner and accordingly this petition is dismissed.
