This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C,praying for a direction to the second respondent, the Inspector of Police,Aranthangi Police Station, Pudukkottai District, to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of petitioner and his family members as and when required by the petitioner on the basis of his representation dated 9.2.2015.

2.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that as against the civil decree in favour of the petitioner an appeal is pending and as such the respondent should not enter into the civil dispute, this petition shall stand dismissed.
