ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the third respondent to conduct enquiry on the basis of the document produced by the petitioner as well as report of the second respondent in proceedings in O.Mu. 949/2024/A4, dated 21.06.2024, in furtherance of the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2025.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that enquiry is now fixed on 25.02.2025 and the third respondent would conduct enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's representation expeditiously.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondnet to conclude the 2/4
