2. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the undertaking is given by the respondent herein, it is not in the proper format as prescribed in Form 6 of Civil Rules of Practice.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to get proper format from the respondent herein and proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
