The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this Petition seeking direction against the Respondents 1 to 3 for Police protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner and for the property of the Petitioner, based on the complaint of the Petitioner, dated 13.02.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions of the Respondents 1 to 3, submitted that the Petitioner's husband is alleged to have murdered the husband of the fourth Respondent for the same property dispute. The case was registered in Crime No.39 of 2018 on the file of the third Respondent. He further submitted that the investigation had been completed and final report was also laid before the Court of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of PCR Cases, Sivagangai District, which is taken on file as Spl.S.C.No.70 of 2018 3.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that only with regard to boundary dispute, a murder had taken place in which the husband of the Petitioner is arraigned as accused. for both the parties to resolve the dispute through civil Court. Until otherwise the matter is resolved before the Civil Court, the Police cannot extend security. Both parties are directed to resolve the dispute through Civil Court. Based on the direction of the Civil court, they can seek Police protection.
