RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD). No.8075 of 2016 dated 19.5.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Anbarasan, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent and the petitioner not appeared in person or by Advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8075 of 2016, dated 19.05.2016. 2.This Court, by the order dated 19.05.2016 made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.8075 of 2016 enlarged the petitioner on bail and directed the petitioner to stay at Madurai and report before the Madurai Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 3.In pursuant to the order dated 19.05.

2016, the petitioner approached the Madurai Town Police Station and the petitioner was informed that there is no Town police Station in Madurai. On the very same day attempt was made by the unidentified persons. Due to that reason, the petitioner is not in a position to comply with the condition 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that this Court enlarged the petitioner on bail on 19.05.2016 and he was executed the sureties on the next day itself, but subsequently, he did not file any petition for modification of the order and only on 22.06.2016 this petition has been filed and there was no occurrence took place as alleged by the petitioner in the petition. Now the respondent police has filed a petition for cancellation of bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

After receiving the notice only, the petitioner has come out with the present petition for modification of the order. 5.There is no representation for the petitioner. 6.The case was posted on 04.07.2016 on that day there was no representation for the petitioner and the case was adjourned to 05.07.2016 under the caption "for dismissal". Today also there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
