ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 2 to complete the enquiry proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1/2017 initiated through the enquiry notice dated 10.01.2018 and pass orders on merits in accordance with law. 2.According to the petitioner, originally, licence was granted to his father to establish a match factory in the name and style of "Sri Mahalakshmi Match Works", after the demise of his father, the petitioner and his brothers and sister has given a power to the husband of the third respondent and the third respondent husband also died. Now, taking advantage of the power given to her husband, the third respondent is taking steps to renew licence in her favour. Hence, the petitioner has submitted an application before the second respondent objecting renewal of licence in favour of the third respondent. also conducted by the second respondent on 22.01.2018 in which the petitioner has raised his objections. Thereafter, no order has been passed and therefore, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that enquiry has already been conducted by the second respondent, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing all the parties concerned. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)No.3618 of 2018 is closed.
