ORDER
This revision petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.94 of 2015 dated 03.01.2020 on the file of the III Additional District Court, Tiruchirappalli. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the main suit itself has been disposed of by the trial Court on 12.03.2023. Hence, the matter become infructuous. 3.In view of the above said submission, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
