O R D E R

Seeking to transfer the investigation pending in Crime No. 522 of 2014 on the file of the third respondent, the present petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the records.

3. The petitioner is the wife of the deceased. The allegation in the complaint is that due to the spillage of electricity, the petitioner's husband died. Though the status report has been filed, there is no indication about such enquiry is made against the owner of the land and the person connected with the same. Though the petitioner is said to have given a specific complaint against the main persons, but in the status report it has been stated that no such complaint has been received.

4. Even otherwise proper investigation ought to have been done covering all the aspects. Considering the same this court is inclined to direct the second respondent to transfer the investigation from the file of the third respondent to any other officer under his control. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
