The petitioner filed this petition under section 482 Cr.P.C seeking direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to enable the petitioner to measure the property in Survey No.34/1, Mela Alangarathattu (Patta No.547), on the basis of the representation, dated 02.02.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for State. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submits that as the dispute over the property, proceedings under section 107 of Cr.P.C have been initiated.
