The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that this Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction against the Respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the complaint of the Petitioner dated 06.12.2023.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions of the Respondent 3, would submit that he had registered C.S.R.No.563 of 2023 dated 08.12.2023 and conducted enquiry after issuance of summons to the Petitioner as well as the Respondent 4. Subsequently, a similar Petition was filed before the Commissioner of Police which was forwarded to the City Crime Branch and the Current Paper in C.C.P.No.3 is pending.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions of the Respondent 2, would undertake that they will follow the guidelines of the Circular issued by the Director General of Police, Tamil Nadu/Head of the Page No. 2 of 4
Police, Tamil Nadu and the Circulars issued by the Additional Director General of Police, Law and Order and conclude the investigation.
4. Recording the undertakings given by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Respondents 1 to 3 are directed to conclude the enquiry and take appropriate action within a period of 1 month.
5. This Writ Petition is closed. No cost.
