ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to issue Community Certificate (Chekkala Community) for the petitioner's daughters on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 04.02.2020.

2.Though the Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to give positive direction to the respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate order within the time stipulated by this Court.

3.Having regard to the limited scope of prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, this Court is inclined to pass the following https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
