Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the first and second respondents to transfer the case in Crime NO. 3 of 2015 on the file of the Eruvadi Police Station, Tirunelveli District to any other Special Investigation Team or C.B.C.I.D. other than the fourth respondent under the supervision of Police Officer not below the Rank of Superintendent of Police and investigate into the same and to file final report against the real accused according to law within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C,praying for direction to the first and second respondents to transfer the case in Crime NO. 3 of 2015 on the file of the Eruvadi Police Station, Tirunelveli District to any other Special Investigation Team or C.B.C.I.D. other than the fourth respondent under the supervision of Police Officer not below the Rank of Superintendent of Police and investigate into the same and to file final report against the real accused according to law within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that the matter stands closed as 'mistake of fact'.
3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the criminal original petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to file protest petition within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
